1. Strawberries and Cream Sundae - Layered up vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, whipped cream and decorated with pink wafers, chopped nuts and cream.

2. Neapolitan Sundae with balls of chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice-cream, splashes of chocolate syrup, nuts, wafers and a cherry on top (when in season).

3. Chocolate Sundae with chocolate ice-cream, whipped cream, double chocolate syrup and nuts.
